The Rig is designed for well hoisting operations, tubing and sucker-rod running oil gas well workover up to 5000-6000 m. depth and oil and gas well drilling up to 1500-2000 m. depth.
The Rig designed on "ÀÊÈ-80" unit and "ÊÎÐÎ2-80" bases.
The unit is mobile drilling rig mounted on Byelorussia made 10x8 ÌÇÊÒ-7004 truck.
It consists of the following main parts: one-drum hoist with hydromatic brake, telescopic type mast with runaround (monkey-board) adjustable on height, traveling-block system, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric control systems.
The Rig contains ÊÏÐ-12 hydraulic tong and ÑÃ-80 (ÑÃ-125) type spider. It also has output for Ð-560 rotary table. The Rig has traveling-block limit devise, light and sound alarm systems for mast mounting, control devices of engine and pneumatic system, engine alarm stopper and other systems for safety rig-up and operation. The unit includes non-explosive light systems for the rig's working places and along the traveling-block way. It takes power of truck electric system. Additionally starter is mounted to use oil field electric net. The hoist takes power from truck engine through gearbox.
Mast consists of two telescopic parts with open face window. Rig-up operation takes part by one three-sectioned hydraulic jack. High section of the mast is driven by special winch with hydraulic power device.
