Designed for the trasportation of pipes with a diameter of 530 up to 1420 mm, and with a length of 12 m, along various roads allowing traffic with an axial load of up to 85 kN and also for the transportation of tube strings (length up to 36 m) outside common roads, alongside pipelines being constructed.
The truck is mounted on the chassis of the KrAZ-255B truck, and has a pole-trailer. The pole-trailer is equipped with conic welded to its frame, and has a safeguard screen.
Brakes of the pole-trailer are of the block, and drum type. The brake drive is pneumatic.
